Welcome to MMA Game Night. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at mmagamenight.com (the "Site") and all games, features, and content available through it. MMA Game Night provides free, browser-based mixed martial arts fantasy games and trivia for entertainment purposes. The Site offers multiple game modes including UFC Pick 'Em, Classic Pick 'Em, MMA Trivia, and Pick 'Em Survivor. All games use data from real MMA events and are provided at no cost to users.
The Site is intended for general audiences. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you should use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
MMA Game Night is a free entertainment platform. There is no real-money wagering, betting, entry fees, or prizes of monetary value associated with any game on the Site. Fantasy scores and leaderboard positions are for entertainment and bragging rights only. The Site is not a gambling service and should not be used as a substitute for or in connection with gambling activities.

Leaderboard participation is optional. If you choose to submit your score, you provide a three-letter set of initials that will be publicly displayed alongside your score. You are responsible for the content of your submission. We reserve the right to remove any leaderboard entry at our discretion, including entries that contain offensive or inappropriate content.
The game design, code, visual assets, and original content on MMA Game Night are the property of MMA Game Night and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Fighter names, event names, and fight data are used for informational and entertainment purposes and remain the property of their respective owners.
MMA Game Night is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), DraftKings, Pride Fighting Championships, or any other MMA promotion or fantasy sports platform. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
The UFC Pick 'Em game mode uses a scoring system based on DraftKings' publicly known fantasy MMA scoring rules. This is done for entertainment and educational purposes to give players a realistic fantasy MMA experience. MMA Game Night has no affiliation with DraftKings and does not represent or imply any endorsement or partnership.
Game data is sourced from publicly available MMA records and statistics. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all fight results, statistics, or scores are completely error-free. Data is provided as-is for entertainment purposes. Any discrepancies in fight data do not constitute grounds for claims against MMA Game Night.
